Till vår kund söker vi en Onshore ERP Consultant

Arbetsuppgifter
- We need an IT Solution Expert who knows Netcool really well.
- The new resource needs to dig in to both projects to make sure that the new solution is set up in the best way, and also be involved in problems in operations and drive specific issues to find the root cause.

Kompetenskrav
- The resource needs to have minimum good knowledge in MSDP in general and especially in the MSDP Tools.
- Main focus would be NIM Light, which the resource needs to know really well
- As IT Solution Expert, the person would need to be involved in projects to make sure that there will be no operational issues, and be able to drive investigations when there are problems.

Övrigt
- willingness/ability to travel (including overseas, if needed)
- knowledge of specific internal ITM processes (e.g Roll-out Kit development, conducting Process Selection Workshops, etc)
- specific areas of general technical knowledge (e.g. PI, Portal, SOA, Middleware etc
- The consultant must have highly developed knowledge and skills. Investigate and solve complex problems that require substantial analysis by developing existing procedures, techniques & methods
- Drives improvement and change
- Consultant shall be able to handle high pressure.
