Till vår kund söker vi en Strategisk Inköpsansvarig inom telekom

Arbetsuppgifter
- Involved in R&D company level management, responsible for components supply management (Strategic
Sourcing) related to supply cycle, supply mode, supply risk, supply volume, new components maturity and
quality risk, in order to increase the reuse of product components, supply flexibility, and to reduce the
supply risk and continuous cost reduction :
- Components spec and roadmap management, life cycle management, supplier management
- Cooperation between product management, design, supply and sourcing
- Requirements on R&D for the sourcing and agreement part (how to involve R&D in the early phases etc),
providing R&D design rule for procurement
- Cooperation with global services in general and HW services in particular
- Sourcing strategies, supplier agreements, technology and acquisition planning

Kompetenskrav
- Long experience in components procurement or purchasing (Strategic Sourcing), telecom industry
- Familiar with the relationship and communication between purchasing department and product management
department and R&D design department, with experience from cooperation with product management and
design regarding how to secure a design and suppliers to support solutions with dependable life time
(e.g selecting components from the embedded roadmap) and high quality.
- Understands the mechanisms for how to secure designs with few LTB’s (Last Time Buys - or LTB’s with
dependable notice), second source strategies and requirements for spare part management.
- Familiar with the sourcing process, VPA, GOPA, how to secure reliable suppliers (quality, lead time, price
etc), agreements to secure spare part management and service agreements.
- Familiar with components supplier management, design rules for procurement

- Experience in R&D cooperation strategy with components supplier.
- Familiar with local procurement strategy
