Till vår kund söker vi en Senior Projektledare för Telekom-industrin

Arbetsuppgifter
- Work on BU level, work as a coach to give detail guidance to set up the project mgmt system as a whole, including the project management organization and process, the culture of project management, and the evaluation method of project management maturity.
- Work as a project coach to provide guidance and support to the project managers, to improve the project performance and efficiency.
- Supporting the PSG/OSG, work as a senior expert
- Build and improve BU/DU/PDU level Operational Excellence model.
- Working on BU/DU level with change management and efficiency programs, implement and improve the organization structure, role responsibility, process, tools, metrics, performance, etc.

Kompetenskrav
- Bachelor Degree or above, Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Telecommunication or relevant areas
- Skilled knowledge of the organizations business processes and policies.
- Extensive PM experience and skills, knows clearly how to setup a project management system and the corresponding culture, experienced in evaluation of the maturity of project management.
- Very solid knowledge of PMP, ISO9000/TL9000, CMM, etc..
- Expert of Operational Excellence methodology and operation model.
- Excellent development process management skills
- Expert of improvement theories, performance analysis, process mapping and process improvement tools
and techniques, and relevant methodologies, such as 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, etc..
