- Providing Telecom Industry leading practices on cost management and control, which cover
1. Policies, organizations, division of responsibilities, and methods for cost management and control
2. Performance management and metrics for value chain cost
3. Cost reporting and analysis
4. Collection and allocation of value chain cost
5. Cost drivers of hardware cost, logistics cost, software cost, service cost, etc and cost model

Kompetenskrav
- Years of experience in the finance departments (HQ or geography) of leading telecom companies, CFO preferred
- Experience in the cost management and control of leading telecom companies
- Familiar with leading telecom companies’ businesses and processes
- Good capabilities in communication, comprehension, and teamwork

Övrigt
- Frequent business travels
- Main Questions for Candidates:
1. Any experience about corporate cost management organization, strategy, process, method, and reporting and what are the standards for performance management in different business functions?
2. Any experience about product cost model, how to calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (throughout the contract life cycle) of a product, and how to measure the improvement?
3. Any experience about how to establish the standard costs of hardware, software, and service products?
4. Any experience about cost control and how to use cost for decision making?
5. Any experience about Telecom industry benchmark and gap analysis about cost management?
