Arbetsuppgifter
- Providing telecom industry leading practices on inventory management and control, which cover:
1. Respective responsibilities of Finance, Accounting, and Business in inventory control; performance measurement mechanism about inventory across the value chain
2. Reporting and analysis of the inventory across the value chain
3. Categorization and valuation of the inventory across the value chain
4. Visibility to the inventory across the value chain, inventory security and control methods and systems, especially those for field and site inventory

Kompetenskrav
- Years of experience in leading telecom companies
- Experience as inventory accountant and experience in managing inventory as working capital
- Familiar with leading telecom companies’ businesses and processes about supply chain, logistics, engineering delivery, etc
- Good capabilities in communication, comprehension, and teamwork

- Frequent business travels
- Main Questions for Candidates:
1. Finance organization and responsibilities, specially the part related to inventory accounting and control;
2. Inventory accounting policy, management, and control policy from finance perspective;
3. Inventory business processes related to purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, installation, service and the systems closely related to inventory accounting;
4. Inventory accounting, reporting, and control processes and systems as well as how inventory accounting systems are integrated with inventory management systems;
5. Inventory performance management and metrics
6. List of inventory reports and their contents
